All of our dining buses, honey wagons, makeup trucks and production Vehicles are hired on a 10 hour base to base term unless an agreement has taken place before booking, this is the time that the vehicles leave our base until the time they return to our base and any cleaning or repairs have taken place (or hotel if on an overnight basis)driver travel time and any out of pocket expenses including parking, congestion charges will be added to the invoice

It is expected that any location will be thoroughly checked by an experienced person that it is safe for the vehicle to use.Any damage to a vehicle caused by misuse or damage caused by using an inadequate location will be charged to the customer

We do not supply any vehicles on a self drive basis and only company approved drivers are permitted to move our vehicles at any time.Our drivers will have the final say regarding the vehicle positioning unless full responsibility is taken by the client in advance by email and any damage to the vehicle, loss of business or injury incurred will be fully reimbursed by the customer.

We do not allow smoking,vaping,alcoholic drinking or illegal drug taking on any of our vehicles at any time.Animals are not permitted in any of our vehicles unless previously agreed and extra cleaning charges are agreed.

Passengers are not permitted to travel in our vehicles apart from production vans and our dining buses do not carry production equipment as they are not insured for this purpose,items put on our vehicles are on a personal favour basis and are entilely at the owners risk.Whilst the vehicles are in use the company takes no responsibility for any items left on the vehicles and the client must provide security for the vehicle at all times and any damaged caused to the vehicle while parked as requested will be charged to the customer.Any items left against the side of a vehicle resulting in damage to body work including sticker will be charged for.

All bookings that are on a pencil basis are not a guarantee of availability and we have the right to take a confirmed booking over this, it is recommended that you should confirm the booking as soon as Possible to keep the vehicle.Any confirmed booking that is then released will be charged for at the standard rate for each day of booked hire

Any dry hire booking is hired to a third party must be covered by the customers own public liability insurance, we take no responsibility whilst the vehicle is in the customers possession and must be kept in a safe and clean condition, any defects or damage must be reported to the company immediately .If we feel that a vehicle is not being well kept whilst on hire we have the right to remove the vehicle without notice and all costs charged for.

The company will not be held responsible for traffic conditions, weather or unforeseen mechanical or health issues which may result in the late arrival of a vehicle

All invoices are subject to VAT on the total invoice (unless an exemption can be provided and verified) and are on 14 day terms of payment unless previously agreed. the company reserves the right to charge 3% above base rate on late payments, credit card payments will incur a surcharge.

WE WELCOME ANY RECYCLING AND SUSTAINABILIY INITIATIVES PUT IN PLACE FOR THE SHOOT AND WE ARE HAVE TO HELP WITH THESE AS WE ARE WORKING TOWARDS A GREENER FUTURE
